Residential Pricing & Services

For residential property owners, we provide the following services for seasonal, or monthly pricing:

• $650/season -or- $175/month ......Driveway Snow Removal

• $450/season -or- $150/month ......Sidewalk/Walkway Snow Removal

• $100/season ..................................Mailbox Snow Removal

• $150/season ..................................Garbage & Recycling Area Snow Removal

• $800 for the entire season when signing up for driveway AND sidewalk snow removal

Please note that these prices are based on averages and the final quote may be more or less based on various conditions of the job, including, but not limited to, terrain, size, and location of the job.

Commercial Pricing & Services

For commercial properties, we provide the services for seasonal contracts only. Contracts may vary in length, pricing, frequency, and even service based on various factors. Factors include, but are not limited to, square footage of property, terrain, how much snowfall dictates snow removal, and length of contract. On average, our monthly commercial pricing is as follows:

• 500 - 1,000 sq ft: $0.75 per sq ft

• 1,001 - 5,000 sq ft: $0.65 per sq ft

• 5,001 - 10,000 sq ft: $0.55 per sq ft

• 10,001 - 50,000 sq ft: $0.45 per sq ft

• 50,000+ sq ft: Call us for a quote today
